Made with Saero Soju, our zero-sugar soju released in April, this cocktail brings together the delicate sweetness of
lychee with the effervescence of prosecco and soda. Perfect for any occasion, this spritz is light, balanced, and effortlessly smooth.
Saero Spritz Recipe
Ingredients:
2.5 oz Saero Soju
1.5 oz Lychee Juice
1.5 oz Lychee Soda
1.5 oz Prosecco
2 dashes Bitters
Ice
Lemon & Mint for garnish
How to Make It:
Fill a wine glass or highball glass with ice.
Pour in Saero Soju, lychee juice, and lychee soda.
Add prosecco and bitters, then stir gently to combine.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
Sip and enjoy the light, floral, and bubbly refreshment!
